Makeup is hard?

If there’s one thing I know, it’s fashion. My makeup game on the other hand, not too strong. So lately I’ve been trying to up my skills in that department, especially since I have a a few really good makeup artists as friends. I prefer a good clean look. I cannot, and will not, shovel on piles and piles of makeup like a mask. I do however enjoy a striking bold lip to brighten up my look when I keep the rest of my face minimalist.

I’ve included a few of my recent favourite makeup looks, each one completely different, now I just need to master them all! The BeautyBlender is my secret weapon in this quest for mad makeup skills. If you haven’t got one, you NEED this bad boy ASAP.

Do feel free to share your makeup bag musthaves in the comments section below as well as any recommendations and tips.

  1. Rimmel London wake me up foundation is my all time favourite, gives off a natural glowy coverage x

    • I’m currently obsessed with tinted moisturisers but I’ve heard great things about the Rimmel foundation…. I will have to give it a try.
