Yasmin Karimi – Not Just a Pretty Face

I love fashion. I live it, breathe it and dream it, which is why I love getting to shop, style and dress up powerful, inspirational women such as Yasmin Karimi. She’s an exceptionally talented high profile makeup artist with her very own range of beauty products launching in major department stores early next year.

Every stylist would agree that dressing up a chilled out, naturally beautiful woman just makes the whole styling experience delightful and enjoyable for both the parties involved. We went for a smart trendy vibe here for Yasmin’s night out in Knightsbridge with some friends. The raw edged white Topshop gilet was the starting point of this outfit. Yasmin had been eyeing this vest for ages and I finally managed to track down and snag up the very last one (yay me).

I always say a good pair of jeans are a girls best friend. The fit is obviously key to making your legs and hips look their best. As a petite woman I suggested Yasmin wear these Topshop Jamie jeans from their petite range. They’re bang on trend with ripped knees as I’ve mentioned in previous posts and high-waisted (perfect for elongating your legs ladies) and you can’t beat their softness and stretchiness either.

Teamed with a fitted black high neck top from River Island and Zara ankle boots we completed the look with a Celine tricolour python clutch *drool*. The look worked really well for a her night out on the town.

Top : River Island roll neck sleeveless top

Jeans: Topshop Moto blue vintage wash Jamie jeans

Waistcoat: Topshop raw edge sleeveless jacket

Shoes: Zara combined leather high-heeled booties

Bag: Celine tricolour python diamond clutch bag
